How to make Random

But it works with exect pattern

I wanna know how microsoft made Random ness initally where as computer is 100% Regular Machine

But Random makes it irregular

Beauty of Nature comes in it by Randomness but i dont know how random was created initally

By this ex i cannot use it for special purposes like to create a picture of random colors
